Arm Davis is always helpful and patient. He really makes Finance look good. I would give him a raise if I could :)

SrA Shaw is the best! She was vey courteous and helpful! Excellent customer service!

Today, they called me promptly at the preset appointment time and SrA Shaw-Brown stayed on the line for over 30 minutes going through my tedious case. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very polite/patient.
I had an overall EXCELLENT experience and hope the Finance supervisor can be informed of the seemingly efficient/helpful system they have in place right now.
